Thanks Nicolas for a job well done!

Nicolas was on time and accommodating during our day long tour between Nice and Monaco, sharing his vast knowledge of the areas we visited as only a local resident could. We highly recommend him as your personal guide.

This was a great tour as noted by most other reviews. Why not 5 star rating? Unlike the reviews for guides like Nicolas our guide Thierry had to be prompted in the beginning to even start talking. We were 15 minutes into the drive when one of the other customers had to prompt him to start telling us what we were doing and where we were. He seemed a little disinterested and certainly lacked the passion you want from someone who is supposed to love what he does and the region he is showing off. It was still a 4-star tour as he did warm up but not without prompting. Also 4-star because Livenup clearly do a good tour but not all tour guides are the same passionate people. Livenup need to reinforce this with all guides - it’s their job to be upbeat, engaging and passionate. Thierry was a better driver than guide.
